Basic Terms

By using the Services, you agree that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and are permitted to use the Services under applicable law.
• You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• You will not access the Services using automated means such as bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts.
• You will not use the Services in connection with unauthorized third-party clients, automation tools, or scripts.
• You will not interfere with, disrupt, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Services.
• You will not attempt to access another user's account or credentials without permission.
• You will not share your password or solicit login credentials from others.
• You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or related systems.
• You will not transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• You acknowledge that the App uses third-party SDKs (e.g., analytics and crash reporting) as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time, with or without notice.
• Restrict or terminate access to the Services for any user, at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
• Update or change features, functionality, or availability of the Services.
• Request information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Terms or applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Fanslytics.

License to Use the App

Fanslytics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its materials.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Remove proprietary notices or branding.
• Redistribute or mirror the App on any server or platform.

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms. If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Subscriptions & Refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually). Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your App Store account settings. Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by the platform through which you purchased (e.g., Apple App Store).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanslytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• The conduct or content of third parties
• Errors, interruptions, or failures of the Services

Indemnification

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Fanslytics and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fanslytics makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Actions & Responsibility

Any actions performed through the App (such as unfollowing accounts or managing your profile) are your sole responsibility. Fanslytics is not liable for any consequences resulting from these actions on your Instagram account, including account restrictions, suspensions, or loss of followers.

Third-Party Disclaimer

Unfollowers & Followers Track! is an independent application and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Instagram, LLC. Use of the Instagram name or trademarks is for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fanslytics.
