1. Acceptance of Terms

The app is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by Instagram/Meta. The Instagram name is used only to identify the service the app works with.
3. Account Requirements
You must have a valid Instagram account to use the analytics features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service. You agree not to:
- Use the app for spam, harassment, or any abusive behavior
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app
- Use automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the app beyond normal usage

6. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
7. Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by applicable law or by Apple's own policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple through its standard process.
8. Accuracy of Information
Analytics results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analytics data, which depends on data made available by Instagram.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
11. Account Actions
Any actions performed through the app (such as unfollowing accounts) are your responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from these actions on your Instagram account.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within this app are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
14. Termination and Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, and to terminate or suspend access at any time, without notice, for any reason.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. The updated terms take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
16. General
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
