By downloading, installing, or using Followers Analytics ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Followers Analytics is a mobile application that provides Instagram account analytics, including but not
limited to:
- Tracking followers and following
- Identifying unfollowers
- Discovering fans and mutual followers
- Analyzing top likers and engagement
- Viewing account growth statistics
3. User Accounts
3.1 Instagram Account
To use the App, you must connect your Instagram account. By doing so, you:
- Confirm that you are the rightful owner of the Instagram account
- Grant us permission to access your public account data
- Agree to Instagram's own Terms of Service
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. We recommend:
- Using a strong password for your Instagram account
- Enabling two-factor authentication
- Not sharing your device with unauthorized users
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the App to violate Instagram's Terms of Service
- Attempt to access accounts that are not yours
- Use automated systems to spam or harass other users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free and Premium Features
The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription.
5.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
5.3 Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple in
accordance with their refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Followers Analytics and is
protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of data
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOWERS ANALYTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
- Any actions taken by Instagram or third parties affecting your account
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Followers Analytics and its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
10. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with Instagram's services. We are not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Changes to Instagram's API or policies may affect the App's functionality.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Change features or pricing with reasonable notice
- Update these Terms as needed
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for any reason,
including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our sole discretion
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which
we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a last resort
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in
full force and effect.
